At Manu Atelier, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your handcrafted item is not quite right, you may return it within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange, provided it remains in its original, unworn condition.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare Your Package
Place the item in its original dust bag and branded box, ensuring all protective packaging and tags are intact to prevent damage during transit.
Attach the Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel, covering any previous delivery markings.
Drop Off and Track
Deliver your package to the nearest authorized courier point and keep your receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-10 business days of quality inspection.
