Where are Manu Atelier products manufactured?
All our leather goods are handcrafted in our historical atelier in Istanbul, Turkey, using traditional techniques and premium materials sourced from local tanneries.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we provide worldwide shipping. Most international orders are delivered within 3-7 business days via our partner couriers, depending on your location.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date. Items must be in their original condition, unused, and with all protective packaging and tags intact.
How should I care for my leather bag?
We recommend avoiding prolonged exposure to direct sunlight and moisture. To clean, wipe with a soft, dry cloth. Store your bag in the provided dust bag when not in use.
Are duties and taxes included in the price?
